Micronized Classifying Plant

The Micronized Classifying Plant consists of the following components:

1.Micron separator:
The micron separator is a “flow through” mechanical centrifugal air classifier that provides precise, efficient and reliable separation of materials. the micron separator, with its broad applications range, offers high capacity, high efficiency and cut points ranging from 8 to 150 um. the mineral processing, Lime and rock cement, plastic, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries have made the micron separator their choice for their classifying process.
the micron separator classifies particles by balancing the centrifugal force of the rotor and the centripetal force of the air. material to be separated is pulled in by the fan to through the inlet duct and up to the rotor, where the opposing two forces classify it. fine particles, more susceptible to centripetal force, are carried on the air current through the rotor and then discharged through the upper outlet duct.
coarse particles, more susceptible to centrifugal force, flow down the inside wall of the machine and go out the coarse particle discharge. since the rotor speed determines the centrifugal force, particlesize can be easily adjusted.

2.Cyclone classifier:
The cyclone classifier is designed to remove a specific size range of particles. This cyclone is designed to handle a wide range of dry materials in the following industries; mineral processing, lime and rock, cement, plastic, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, and food. this unit has been successful in running such materials as pigments, fillers, ceramics, dyes, resins, chemicals, insecticides, flours, clay, limestone, cement and many others .
the classifier is adjustable over a wide range of particle sizing through the use of a variable speed separator wheel. this unique feature permits the operator to shift from one classification to another without shutting the unit down. materials of pre-selected finess are carried through a lower outlet duct leaving the excess.

3.bag filter:

Bag filter dust precipitator introduces air including dust from lower part of the precipitator into housing by sending pressure or absorbing that air, and makes dust adhere to filter tube surface. the filtered air passes through the filter tube and is exhausted from upper exit. Dust adhering to the filter tube surface is swept away every fixed time on the pulse jet system with utilizing compressed air.

Benefits:

A) the area for installment can be smaller than usual, because pulse jet system uses felt filter so that we can keep larger filter area.
B) fine felt filter has a higher precipitating efficiency, and dust leakage which shall happen just after clanging filter or at the over-cleaning when using ordinary fibrous filter doesn’t occur.
